Hello, I'm Lance.

Like my clients, I’ve faced my share of challenges—and, at times, turmoil. Balancing family responsibilities and the demands of a full-time career brought significant stress and personal growth. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of the complexities that relationships and life transitions often present.

Like many people, I simply wanted peace and fulfillment but found myself struggling to navigate cycles of stress, disconnection, and frustration. Thankfully, I found my way through, which fuels my passion for helping others today.


That journey taught me not only about resilience but also about the profound challenges many individuals face. I’ve met countless people who are doing their best in difficult, emotionally taxing relationships or life circumstances, yet struggle to make sense of what’s happening or how to move forward. Depression, anxiety, panic, and anger—these are just some of the challenges I’ve helped people address and overcome.

In my work, I use both cognitive and somatic modalities with existential depth to help individuals and couples develop awareness, build communication skills, and make sense of their experiences. Whether you’re grappling with stress, disconnection, or conflict, I’m here to guide you toward clarity, healing, and a stronger, healthier relationship with yourself and those around you.

  • I have helped people with a wide array of emotional issues; from full blown detachment from reality, psychosis, delusions, to wanting to die. Clients who were unable to get out of bed for days at a time or not showering for weeks. People struggling with substance disorders, relationship issues, and an inability to cope with sudden changes in life.
